Inspector on the Run LLC is the State-of-the-art inspection service in Northern Nevada. My infrared training, technology and our industry leading HomeGauge inspection reporting system are second to none. Structural Inspections: My structural inspections cover from the roof to the foundation, inside-and-out. I will operate and inspect all the primary systems, fixtures and components of the home. I inspect for the items that need immediate attention like safety issues, leaks and conditions that could lead to costly repairs down the road. I also educate my clients on proper maintenance of their home so it’s safe and sound for their families years to come. Infrared Inspections: I offer a full range of Infrared inspections for residential and commercial applications. The inspection entails scanning the surface areas of what is being inspected to discover thermal anomalies. Anomalies that identify adverse conditions or problems that need attention. Thermal patterns that can identify the source of active plumbing leaks, proper insulation in the ceiling and walls and locate air infiltration into the home just to name a few. My basic interior inspections start at $100.00 for homes under 2,000 square feet. Complete home scans of the interior, exterior, attic and crawl space/basements start at $250.00 for homes under 2,000 square feet.

Home Energy Audits: The home energy audit is an inspection program designed to inform my clients on how to reduce their monthly utility bills and lower their carbon footprint and live in an energy efficient home. I collect data on the current conditions and systems of the home and enter the information into my reporting software. The software computes over 1,000 calculations and produces the report. The report list all the recommendations and gives cost vs. saving in hard numbers. It gives information on manufacture rebates, utility company incentives and tax incentives. It shows my clients what else they can do after changing the old bulbs out for the new CFL’s. The home energy audit inspections start at $250.00 for a home under 2,000 square feet.

I offer the “Triple Play” package, all three services combined for the most complete inspection and homeowner information in my industry. Call for availability, this service is a 4+ hour on site inspection program depending on the size and condition of the home.
